Celebrations, fall, Fall Color, Life Lessons

October is awash in color.

Orange Sunrises and Sunsets

Maple leaves and sumac stands along the road

Potted Mums

Pumpkin Patches

I love small celebrations, so I decided to decorate a little

and break out my orange cups for the Scribes for Christ writers’ group.

My friend, Cindy, brought those festive cupcakes for our little gathering.

We had a great time.

But then, anytime spent with friends is a celebration.

Drop by some afternoon, and I’ll serve you coffee or tea in an orange cup, along with a sweet bite–it may just be candy corn on a cute napkin.

What about you?

Do  you  like to decorate and entertain this time of year?

Walk with the wise and become wise

  1. Just a few minutes before reading this, I’d carried my fall decorations down from the attic. I’ll try to get them up before the day’s over. Is this group the group I spoke to that February a couple of years ago? I like your new blog set up. xoxo
